How can I place an order for a knife?

All orders are placed through our Hawk Knife Newsletter, which you can subscribe to on our website. We announce ordering information, including dates and times for deposit opportunities, through the newsletter and text message updates. Due to high demand, we ensure you have all the details in advance so you can be ready when the knives become available.


Do you have a warranty for factory knives?

Yes, we offer warranty services for some factory knives, including any of our designs made by Kershaw or ZT. Please note that factory knife warranty work is not free, unlike our custom knives, which include complimentary warranty fixes. The cost of repair for factory knives depends on the work required. Can you fix knives?

Yes, we offer repairs on any of our knives. If you have a knife that needs fixing, go to the warranty page, fill out the Customer Warranty Sheet, and include it with your knife when you send it in. Every repair is unique, so once we receive your knife, Gavin will inspect it and provide an estimate if any costs apply. We want you to use our knives with confidence—don’t hesitate to put them to work! All our knives come with a lifetime warranty, no matter where you purchased them.


Will you be making more Orbits?

Yes! We hope to do another run of Orbits with Serge Panchenko within the next couple of years.


Will you be making more manual or auto M.U.D.Ds? 

We have decided to permanently discontinue the manual and auto M.U.D.D.s
